At ProCon, on-going learning and upgrading of our employees’ capabilities is important.
As CEO Claus Søgaard Poulsen states: “Only through investment in our employees are we able to continue to deliver quality, meet customer requirements as well as increase internal trust, motivation and loyalty.”
ProCon has practiced this in several ways. The latest example was when our HR department sent six experienced electricians on a High Voltage course at Skive College.
The electricians were educated in “Montage of HV-cables in offshore installations” as well as “Safety, L-AUS/AUS for operators with High Voltage”. Having completed the course, all six have gained a wider knowledge about preparing HV cables and installing HV equipment so they e.g. can perform effective terminations on T-connectors regarding both transformers and switchgear solutions.
Their training has already been put into good use as ProCon is currently working on a newly awarded onshore wind project in Sweden where we are responsible for HV/MV installation and termination.
