For the previous months, ProCon has been at work on the Taiwanese offshore wind farm, Yunlin. ProCon was awarded the electrical outfitting of 80 E-modules and pre-assembly work on 40 TP´s for Smulders.
The Yunlin Wind Farm will be located 8 kilometers off the coast of Yunlin county and will, once completed, be the second largest Taiwanese wind farm and provide electricity to more than 450,000 local households.
Our team in Hoboken was led by Thomas Dybro Larsen, Chris Jacobsen, Søren Stæhr and Artur T. Malec.
Head of Construction Thomas Dybro Larsen ascribes the success to the great team and the cooperation with Smulders: “Firstly, we would like to thank our Belgian team for a great effort on the project. ProCon is also happy to continue the trustworthy, long-standing cooperation with Smulders on our first project in Taiwan. We are looking forward to completing many more with the assistance of our new Asia General Manager James Wu”.
Although, Yunlin has been completed, ProCon continues to be present in Hoboken, Belgium as we have been awarded yet another project.
