Whistleblower hotline

At ProCon, we encourage to speak up about every kind of suggestions or suspicions of inappropriate and illegal conducts. The purpose of the Whistleblower Hotline is to make it easier for our employees, stakeholders, and other interested parties of ProCon to detect errors and negligence, protect individuals who filled in the scheme, and speak out about illegal or criticisable situations.

Whistleblower hotline

The Whistleblower Hotline at ProCon can be used to report illegal behavior and negligence, as well as other serious and sensitive matters. It can be used by employees, business partners, suppliers, customers, other people with a connection to ProCon and other interested parties.

If you are an employee of ProCon, we ask you to consider or re-consider if you can address your concerns with your nearest superior, our HR department or our company CEO.

Whistleblower inputs will be sent to an external laywer, who will handle the inquiry, and in some cases will report directly to the top management, depending on the specific input.

We take every input seriously and handle them with great care and priority. Every input will therefore undergo a thorough investigation of facts, where the number of individuals involved will be limited. The hotline is checked every day and whistleblowers can expect that investigations regarding their inputs are started within a few days of receipt.

Whistleblowers will experience no retaliation or other negative consequences for speaking up. In fact, we urge you to provide as much information as possible, and upload supporting files, documents, pictures, etc.

All data is handled confidentially, and all whistleblowers are anonymous if they wish to be so since there is no tracking in place.

Similarly, all inputs and data will be kept strictly confidential to the extent permitted by law.
