Organizational changes

ProCon announces a few organizational changes to accommodate the growth and positive progress ProCon has made the last year. The CEO, Claus Søgaard Poulsen, is proud to announce these changes to create a more sustainable structure, which will benefit our clients, stakeholders, business partners and employees.

The changes, which are effective from February 1st, 2023, will bring
greater flexibility and responsiveness to our clients’ needs, before, during
and after a project. The reorganization will centre on the creation of a Chief
Commercial Officer, CCO, a Head of Project Development and a Site Planning
& Development Manager.

To strengthen our European organization and give bring more focus to our
subsidiaries, we have chosen to split our COO role into two. To handle our
European setup we have employed Jesper Hass Rasmussen as our new COO. He will be responsible for our Engineering- and Project-, Installation, Commissioning and Service-, and Solar departments on European projects. Jesper has a solid background and experience from the Wind Industry, and he will quickly gain the insights and knowledge he needs about our company and clients.

This means that Claus Poulsen from now on will be titled CCO and be responsible for the commercial areas of ProCon. He will in the future operate and develop our subsidiaries and will also be the reference point from our Asian and UK Organizations.

As ProCon are growing and our setup gets more complex, it is a priority to keep the great dialogue that we already have with our existing and with our new clients.

Therefore, our former Head of Construction – Projects and Engineering, Thomas Dybro, has been made Head of Project Development. Thomas will be responsible for improving our focus on clients and ongoing projects.

As a result of our massive growth in employees and the fact that we are looking into an exciting future, we needed to rethink some of the processes and ways of doing things internally, that is why we have created a new HR related department, called Resource and Site management Department. Martin Zachhau has been employed as our new Site Planning and Development Manager and together with his teams of Resource and Project Coordinators, he will have the responsibility of the Site Managers and Assistants and developing on our processes. The main focus of this department will be to make everything run as smoothly as possible.

“We are excited to announce these organizational changes. The changes are
lifting our company into a new era. We are creating ProCon 2.0
and are looking forward to the new opportunities and growth it will bring,” said CEO Claus Søgaard Poulsen. “The new structure will allow us to better serve our clients and position us for continued success.” ProCon is confident that these changes will help to foster greater collaboration, responsiveness, and innovation in the Wind- and Solar industries and the changes reflect ProCon’s commitment to providing the highest level of service and support to its clients in the wind- and solar industries.
