Overview & Certifications
ProCon has a comprehensive Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management system, integrated with our ESG practices, which is central to all our day-to-day activities – guiding how we work, helping us maintain high and safe standards, continuously improve, and deliver reliable results across all our projects.
Our QHSE objectives and ESG initiatives are the number one priority within ProCon, and every employee is required to personally commit to healthy labor conditions, safe working practices, environmental consciousness and the delivery of the highest quality of service to our clients.
ProCon management ensures that QHSE performance requirements and ESG focus areas are implemented, observed, and followed by all employees, contractors, and suppliers. Management is accountable for the QHSE policy and ensures employee involvement at all levels, while everyone shares responsibility for acting in accordance with company strategy, procedures, and guidelines.
ProCon holds ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certification by Bureau Veritas, reflecting our commitment to internationally recognized standards.
Quality
At ProCon, quality isn’t just a standard – it’s part of how we work every day. From planning a project to delivering the final handover, our teams use clear processes, risk assessments, and project management tools to stay on track. We regularly perform internal audits and quality checks on equipment to ensure our work meets the highest standards.

To ensure quality and client satisfaction, clear minimum standards are applied across all areas of our operations, including personnel qualifications, equipment certification, and subcontractor management. Regular pre-set meetings before, during, and after each project ensure alignment and continuous improvement throughout delivery.
Health & Safety
Safety at ProCon goes beyond laws and regulations – it’s part of our culture and comes from a genuine desire to look after one another. A safe and healthy workplace is the foundation of everything we do. Every employee receives thorough onboarding in our HSE manual and Code of Conduct, and we offer continuous training and education across all levels of our organization.
We work proactively to prevent injuries by encouraging all employees to report accidents, near misses, and suggestions for improvements. We have successfully integrated health and safety into our daily routines, both in the office and on site.
As such, ProCon values the health of all our employees as well as everybody else involved in our business. We are dedicated to creating a healthy working environment for all involved and are committed to preventing work-related injury, sickness, and any other negative health impacts through the continuous development of our health and safety procedures and initiatives.
Environment
At ProCon, we use our strong environmental focus to drive growth while taking responsibility for our local, regional, and global environmental impact. Leveraging our position in the offshore wind industry, we actively contribute to the transition toward a more circular economy and promote the use of low-emission materials and local content.
ProCon’s policy on the environment is focused on avoiding all negative impact on the environment and the health and safety of people under all circumstances. We consider the sustainability of our actions and select solutions based on environmental risks and opportunities, balanced with technical and financial feasibility.
Our QHSE Approach
ESG & Sustainability
ESG & Sustainability are integrated and implemented key parts of our QHSE system as well as company strategy.
As a part of our holistic setup, ESG and Sustainability are central pillars of our direction, growth, and operations. Great examples of this comes from some of our initiatives/approaches which are implemented deeply into ProCon and have an impact on UN’s Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 7, 8, 12, 13 and 17:

We use IntegrityNext to evaluate and improve ESG, sustainability, and QHSE performance among our suppliers.

We prioritise local workforce development to drive social inclusion, efficiency and lower emission.

We limit our footprint by maintaining physical locations only where operationally necessary.

We provide training and education for individuals transitioning into the wind industry, ensuring access to green jobs and supporting workforce development.

We have an open-source approach for our design packages, allowing for local fabrication and supply of compenents – ensuring local content, social inclusion, efficiency, cost competitiveness and lower carbon emissions.
Reporting
As part of Integrated Wind Solutions, we adhere to their and the Oslo Stock Exhange’s ESG reporting requirements. Each quarter, we submit key QHSE & ESG indicators covering Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Social, and Governance aspects.
Tracking these KPIs allows us to monitor our performance, identify areas for improvement, and focus our initiatives where they can have the greatest impact.
