Test & Termination / Commissioning
As a natural continuation of the electrical and mechanical outfitting and installation scope, ProCon conducts testing and cold commissioning/termination of all installed components and systems — verifying that everything performs according to project requirements and specifications.
Our scope covers a wide range of systems, including LV and MV switchgear, power distribution, earthing and lightning protection, lighting and nav-aid systems, dehumidification, fire and gas detection, ICCP, cabinets, and cable installations. Whether part of a full onshore construction scope or delivered as a standalone service, our certified teams ensure all systems are thoroughly tested, documented, and ready for the next phase.
Quality, Approval & Documentation
ProCon ensures all project documentation meets regulatory and client requirements — covering as-built drawings, illumination studies, short circuit analyses, earthing concepts, and material certificates. Our quality management system is designed to handle complex outfitting projects, maintaining a seamless flow of information across engineering, procurement, and on-site work.
ISO 9001 certified and with personnel trained in APQP4Wind quality and project management, we ensure your project meets every approval standard from end client to regulator.
Handover & Preparation for Offshore Campaigns
ProCon ensures all aspects of the electrical scope are ready for the upcoming offshore scopes. Our teams of trained technicians, site and project management conduct walk-throughs and final inspections and handover internally and together with the client to ensure that there are zero punches and that quality requirements are met — ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
To ensure that the offshore campaigns for installation and hot commissioning are as effective and seamless as possible, we also support the offshore preparation – making lists of needed work, packing equipment, preservation components, etc.

Our Completion & Commissioning offerings can naturally be provided as a stand-alone or system-specific services, but it is also integrated in our turnkey EPICS solution where we follow projects through all the different stages – minimizing interfaces and risk, while increasing efficiency, local content incorporation, and cost as well QHSE optimizations.
